The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.

Giallo Limone nasce dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio rudere. Conserva il fascino antico di semplicità ed eleganza. Offre camere con bagno privato e l'ingresso è indipendente, l'ampia veranda e la cucina esterna attrezzata consentono di godere degli spazi esterni. Gli ospiti hanno la possibilità di visitare il golfo di Teulada con il nostro veliero Milmar di 22 mt, costruito interamente in legno.
