This more than 100 years old townhouse is located in the Haapsalu city center, on the main street. The location is perfect because it`s 500 m from Old Town where it is sometimes too noisy. The biggest shopping center is 100 m away and offers different shops and services, pub and a supermarket. House interior is basic, do not expect anything luxurious. The house has 350 m2 private garden and yard fits to park up to 3 cars. Playground with different kind of activities for children is nearby.

Ühel pool paistab aknast raudtee ja vedurid, teisel pool meri ja muul. Maja on nutivaba – puuduvad wifi ja teler. Selle asemel ootavad sind vinüülplaadid, projektor ja inspireerivad raamatud. Merekivi Apartment on mereäärne uus valgusküllane korter Haapsalu vanalinnas. Avatud köögi, walk-in garderoobi, kahe magamistoa, avara vannitoa ning saunaga 100 m2 korter mahutab mugavalt neli inimest. Elutoa lahtikäiv diivan võimaldab paigutada kaks lisa magamiskohta. Meretuultele avatud rõdu on parim paik õhtupäikese ja imeilusate loojangute nautimiseks. Korter asub 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Haapsalu vanast piiskopilinnusest, rannapromenaadist, restoranidest ja kauplustest.

Armas Haapsalu vanalinna ärklikorter, kus sinu kasutada on kaks õdusat magamistuba, avar ja valgusküllane köök-elutuba ning pesuruum. Siia mahutab mõnusalt kuni 4 täiskasvanut (viies ase on lastele). Korteri juurde kuulub ka rõdu vaatega lossitornile ja vanalinna majakestele. Lisaks saavad külalised kasutada suveõhtute nautimiseks meie privaatset sisehoovi. Rohkem vanalinna südames paikneda ei saakski - kiviviske kaugusel on nii promenaad, Väike Viik kui linnus. Tere tulemast!

Silma Retreat The Hobbit House

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.

This beautiful sea-side apartment is located directly on the Haapsalu promenade. The spacious balcony offers an amazing view of the promenade, the sea, the birds, the skies and of the sunrise. The 100 sqm apartment has 4 rooms: a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a furnished upper hall. It comfortably fits 2-6 adults or a family with 4 children. This is a perfect place to spend some quality time all year around.
