My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. No street lights so it is a perfect location for stargazing. A cabin on wheels, made from locally sourced oak and larch. Set within a meadow, surrounded by woodland in Sherwood Forest. Shower with underfloor heating in a shepherd hut. Compost toilets. Outdoor pot washing facilities and dining area. A perfect off grid stay. Our smallholding has sheep, goats and chickens which graze often in the meadow depending on the season. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines are all within walking/cycle distance.
