The Hideaway is rural, nature walks left right and centre and with a Scandi style. With a super-comfy kingsized bed and a Juliet Balcony overlooking fields. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and newly fitted bathroom. Farnsfield is a thriving village with a bar/cafe, and several restaurants.

Self-contained barn conversion in rural village

Converted in 2017 from a small barn (circa 1850), the self-contained studio combines character with tasteful furnishings. TOTAL REFURBISHMENT MAY 2025 with new kitchenette, flooring, carpet, wood panelling. Separate from the main house with security gates and 24 hour CCTV, providing parking, an outdoor seating area and views over the paddock of sheep and free range chickens. Upton is a small village, two miles from Southwell, with country walks and a local pub serving freshly prepared food.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Available for single night stays. Discounts on 3+ nights bookings.

On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

We are dog friendly and welcome dogs at a small charge of £10 per dog per night payable to the host during your stay.

Ideally situated within minutes of the village pubs and beautiful countryside walks it is close to many local attractions & wedding venues.

Self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people in the heart of Sherwood Forest, home of Robin Hood. Loxley's Lodge is located approximately 1 mile down a single track lane off the A614 trunk road. It is self-contained within its own secure grounds and affords easy access to a variety of tourist attractions, activities and a large network of cycle tracks and woodland walks whilst also offering a secluded, private and peaceful base from which to enjoy the forest.

Barnaby’s Cottage

Surrounded by quaint villages the cottage is set within 25 acres and tennis court. A short drive to the historic towns of Newark and Southwell and the beautiful cathedral city of Lincoln. 20 minutes from the cottage are Sherwood Forest and the Robin Hood Centre and Clumber Park. Sheffield and Leeds are an hour away by car. The cottage features a wonderful moat and has private off road parking. Stabling and horse box parking available at an extra cost.
