Laundromat, convenience store across the main street. Minutes from Winton woods Park. No smoking allowed. THIS SUITE IS ABOVE OUR DETACHED GARAGE! so you may hear it sometimes, usually not too often. Water heater is a small apartment-size unit but it doesn't take long to reheat. Please only book if you are okay with this.

Our street dead ends onto Wasson way for walking, biking and running all the way into Ault Park. Walk to Rookwood commons. Driving: 2 minutes to I-71, 8 minutes to hospitals, 10 minutes to downtown, 12 minutes to northern KY. Children's gear available upon request (cot, highchair, pack and play, etc).

The Art Studio at Turtle Hill is located in Dayton, Ky, 2.2 miles from downtown Cincinnati. The studio is situated on 5 acres overlooking the Ohio River. The main house has a heated enclosed pool that is available to guests, a fire pit and pond. The studio has a full laundry, full kitchen and 4 off-street parking spots. The main bedroom (one queen) is on the first floor and the second bedroom (2 twins) is a loft. No cleaning fee. The studio is not suitable for children under 12. No pets please.
