There is room for hanging clothes in 2 of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a wall heater. We do our best to keep the property maintained but it is older. However, it is clean, comfortable and convenient to Hamilton CBD (about a 7minute walk), Lake, Hamilton Gardens and roads north and south to New Zealand's great attractions.

Our house has an attached guest suite and is located two minutes walk from the lake and Don Rowlands centre, licenced Podium Cafe, boat ramp . You cannot get closer. We are 20 mins from Hobbiton, 25 mins to world famous Hamilton Gardens, 55 mins to Rotorua, and 40 min to Waitomo caves. A great 2-3 day round trip. The unit has two bedrooms with ensuites, its own lounge area and kitchenette . Room 1 has a King size bed and Room 2 two king singles. There is also a double sofabed.
