You are approx a 25 minute drive to Bournemouth beach, approx 30 minutes to Sandbanks beach, well worth a visit to see millionaires row. The new forest is 15 minutes away. Paultons park if you have little ones, is approx 40 minutes away and is a real favourite with the children. Woodpecker Cottage is a centrally located cottage.

Even if you are not a massive Bowie fan I’m sure you will love the house. If you are, it has lots of Bowie memorabilia, prints, magazines & a Jukebox with 80 Bowie singles. It’s also a Smart House. Press Bowie “Sound” and a Bowie album will play in the room. Press “Bowie Vision” and the TV will turn on and you can watch Bowie films & documentaries.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Castleman Cabin

The lodge Is situated within the grounds of our home, and is completely self contained, with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, en suite shower and living area. The living area comfortably seats 4 and one of the sofas can be made into a small double bed if required. There is a fully functioning log burner and a large OLED TV with Dolby Atmos. The bedroom offers a superking sized bed, dressing table, and wardrobes. There is an en-suite shower room, with a luxury shower and heated mirror.
