Plum Tree Gardens (small rustic home)

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua central. Our rustic guesthouse is set in our back garden along with a Giant Flemish bunny, chickens and our 7 year old Labrador Rex. The space is private and has a double bedroom with a comfy queen bed & ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, basic TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & heaps of love for our home

Rotorua is very centrally located to Tauranga /Mount Maunganui, Whakatane, Hobbiton and Taupo. Very close to Rotorua township and attractions (10 /12 minutes by car) and very close to public transport.

Welcome to Kawaha Manor built in 1950 our place has a lot of character with great views of the lake especially from the lawn and gazebo, the second bedroom has two single beds and the lounge has a bed settee for those extra guests the unit has just been renovated all very nice ,chandeliers and pictures of Rotorua finish it off The unit has everything all you need to bring is your clothes and food , hope to see you soon here at Lake Rotorua which is the main tourist centre in the North Island

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Guests have the entire ground floor apartment to themselves with separate entrance door and private access to courtyard and lovely garden (my husband and I live upstairs). Close to Skyline Skyride/gondola, Rainbow Springs, Mitai, Canopy Tours and other tourist spots. Free Wifi and Netflix. Great heating. Cereal, Milk, fresh Plunger-coffee, Tea variety, but no-cooking facilities. Lounge opens to private garden, with outdoor table and chairs.

Grandviews Apartment, Rotorua

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.

Our Cottage is 8ks from Rotorua CBD. Our Cottage has been fully renovated and insulated and really is a home away from home. Wifi, quality linens, bedding, towels, various pantry items and cleaning are all provided. Ngongotaha Village has a variety of amenities including post office, petrol, food, coffee shops. $210pn is for two people. When you email, you will deal directly me, the owner.
