The local amenities include a cafe, a well-stocked superette, bakeries, a chemist and post office all within walking distance. Rotorua centre is only a short, ten minute drive around the lake.

The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.

Guests have their own external entrance. There is a boat ramp directly across the road at the end of the driveway. Only minutes away from some of the famous trout spots and the Hamurana Springs. There is a footpath for those who enjoy a walk right on the lake from the bottom of the driveway.

There is a gorgeous wrap around couch that is large enough for two adults to lie comfortably to read a book or watch t.v. The big screen TV has Netflix available for your viewing pleasure. There is an ample dining table and a kitchenette equiped with an electric jug, toaster, microwave and a small fridge.

Grandviews Apartment, Rotorua

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.
