Houten vloeren, een moderne keuken, een privé sauna in de badkamer en 2 2-persoons slaapkamers op de begane grond met uitstekende bedden geven sfeer en luxe. De ruime woonkamer met riante Chesterfield bank kijkt uit op het Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is een prachtig dorp op 12 km van de stad Groningen en heeft een beschermd dorpsgezicht. Onze 2-pers. Canadese kano en onze 3 fietsen zijn voor een schappelijke prijs te huur.

Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie bij het spiksplinternieuwe zomherhuisje. Het huisje is in 2023 opgeleverd en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Heerlijke slaapkamers, een moderne keuken, een fijne woonkamer en prachtige natuur. Er is WIFI, TV, vloerverwarming, moderne keuken en er zijn maar liefst 3 slaapkamers. Het is 1 van de mooiste plekjes aan het meer met de bijzonder mooie avondzon over het schitterende Paterswoldsemeer. Het is een zeldzaam en rustig plekje.

Welkom in het bosrijke Exloo, gelegen op de Hondsrug in Drenthe. Wij wonen zelf in het monumentale treinstation van Exloo uit 1903, aan de NOLS spoorlijn, van Zwolle tot Delfzijl. deze spoorlijn is opgericht in 1899 en opgeheven in 1945. Deze spoorlijn is nu een mooi wandelpad! Naast ons huis staat een geheel vrijstaande en gloednieuw gerenoveerde woning van 2 verdiepingen met genoeg privacy en eigen ingang voor max. 6 pers. Er is gratis parkeerruimte, en een eigen terras in gehele privacy.

Op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum en het Noorderplantsoen. Buurtsuper Benny’s zit om de hoek. Het strand van het Paterswoldsemeer is 10 minuten auto en 17 fiets. Fietsverhuur op 200m afstand.

This is an ideal location to explore the georgious town of Groningen. The Noorderplantsoen (park) is just around the corner. Parking is possible in the neighborhood, and there is a parking garage nearby (Q-Park Westerhaven).

De huizen op het park worden zowel permanent bewoond als verhuurd voor vakantie. Je kunt in de omgeving naar hartelust wandelen, fietsen en mountainbiken. Steden als Assen, Leeuwarden en Groningen zijn goed te bereiken. Het huis is compleet en stijlvol ingericht en nodigt uit om lekker te ontspannen met een boek bij de open haard.

A nice, cozy little house on the edge of the old center. Fully furnished, comfortable and fully equipped. Can be booked for a short or longer stay. On the first day, a partly organic, self-service breakfast will be ready for you. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23.

Our lovely house is an old renovated farm, with all the comfort of today. The holidayhome de Drentse Hooglander has its own entrance, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with tv( netflix), a private garden and terrace. Vanuit je bed kijk je de tuin of het bos in.
