The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

The Old Stables Guesthouse is located in the picturesque village of Nocton close to the historic city of Lincoln. Nocton provides access to the fabulous countryside with the city of Lincoln and the famous Lincolnshire Wolds in easy reach. The Old Stables Guesthouse is a private self contained annex to a historic building which was once the stables of the Earl of Ripon, the owner of Nocton Hall.
