This 1940 brick farm house was built by my grandfather and tobacco was grown for years. He owned and operated the White Swann Trading Post and grill until his passing. We consider ourselves fortunate and enjoy sharing the beauty and wonder of this place with our family and now you. Today it is in transition from being an active sheep farm. In addition to nice walking and outdoor hangout spots on the 83 acres there is a 9 acre lake where you may enjoy fishing and non motorized boating! Welcome!

3 bedroom 3.5 bath spacious private home in a gated community. 20 minutes to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Huge kitchen, seating for 8 in the dining room. 2 fire places. Large yard with pool & hot tub. Master suite includes king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, and bath with Jacuzzi tub. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms downstairs each have their own bathroom.
