We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. We invite you to stay in our downstairs 1 bedroom apartment which was completely renovated in 2024. The space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with Queen-sized bed (+sofa bed in living room), and has a private entrance on the side of our home. We live upstairs with our 6-year old daughter and dog. We're live in a great neighborhood that is centrally located a short walk to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket.
