Free fibre plus WIFI. East Midlands airport 25 min, the bus is only £3. Junction 11 M42 is a 10 min drive. Electric charging points available in Swadlincote.

The Annexe at Frost Cottage in Ashby de la Zouch

This newly renovated ground floor one bedroom annexe is situated in the heart of the National Forest on Moira Road in Shellbrook, a hamlet within the area of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire. With country walks on the doorstep and only a 20-minute walk into the old market town of Ashby, provides an idyllic place for walkers, cyclists, and business travellers. Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Non private parking is available street side & in various local free carparks. Please DM with queries and we would be pleased to help.

Charming character cottage - 2 bedrooms

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This newly built attached annexe is a private, open plan living space, just up the road from Burton Town centre with easy access to local amenities and stunning views towards Derbyshire. You will be able to enjoy a game of pool or table tennis, relax in front of the Tv, or get on with a spot of work in the large open plan living space, including: a bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. The outdoor terrace is ideal for relaxing.

Boothorpe Farmhouse is up a single track, no through road in a quiet Hamlet of Boothorpe which borders Leicestershire & Derbyshire. It is surrounded by the National Forest providing the best views and walks. The cottage is of historic note and is listed in the Doomsday Book but has been stylishly designed and provides a comfortable place to stay. There are are some amazing places to visit and things to do also a number of good local pubs and restaurants

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.
