We look forward to sharing Mornington with our guests. Bring the family(s); The house is on 1/2 acre, plenty of room for fun. Secure off-street parking for 4 cars plus boat & caravan. Great inside/outside flow. Two restaurants and coffee shops within 10 minutes' walk, walking distance to Hastings and Havelock North. Walking and cycling tracks start at the gate. The 'shed' is situated on our lifestyle block not far from Napier. It is was originally a farm implement shed, but has been repurposed as an extra accomodation space. It is very private being set away from the main house with a lovely rural outlook. The large open plan studio space consists of a lounge, kitchenette and dining area, with a seperate bedroom and bathroom space. We enjoy meeting new people so would love to welcome you to 'the shed'.
