Original 1940's beach cottage lovingly restored and updated for another eighty years of use for our family and our guests. Set on the first Valla beach street surrounded by homes used for generations by families from Armidale for their year round beach holidays. It's just a gentle downhill stroll to the 5 km long dog friendly beach backed by untouched forest reserve and an equally easy amble up to the cafe with its beautiful coffees and food. The perfect couples getaway. Large studio, private deck with garden views. Modern bathroom and European style kitchenette with dishwasher, washer and dryer. Short walk to back beach. Pets welcome. Please note we live next door in the main house and our dogs (GSD and Chihuahua) will bark occasionally. Neighbours also have dogs that sometimes bark. If you hate dogs, please book elsewhere. Bird Song is on fertile farm land on Kinchela Creek, only a few kilometres from Hat Head and South West Rocks on the Mid North Coast. It is only 10 minutes from Pacific Highway and an ideal stop over point or relaxing weekend. Our farm house has panoramic views across the country side and creek. The guest house with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom is adjacent to our house on an elevated deck which surrounds the swimming pool. Our farm has cows, horses, dogs, free range ducks, chickens & turkeys.
