Cottage By The Sea is ready to welcome you to Hatteras Island time. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is just right for family vacations and friends' getaways. Kick off your shoes and put your toes in the sand. Cottage By The Sea is less than a mile to a 4x4 beach access or just 1.5 miles to a parking access with showers and restrooms, where you can walk out on the beach. Just 10 minutes to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Each guest gets to enjoy 1 free regular Sno-Ball from Hatteras Sno-Balls.

OBX Tree House (Avon, NC)

Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.
