Knotts View is located in the centre of Dockray village, in the quieter rural Matterdale valley, high above Ullswater. The local pub is just across the road with it's large garden. Footpaths head off in all directions, offering both high & low level walking. Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

The Roost - Village convenience, countryside space

In the heart of picturesque Hawkshead, The Roost, a delightful cottage within a short walk of all village amenities. The open plan 3-bedroom 2-bathroom cottage sleeps up to 6 and welcomes pets. It’s an all-year all-round delight, ideal for families or small groups. Guests can explore the countryside, browse the shops and sample local cuisine in village pubs. In the evenings cosy up with a movie on the 48” TV in front of the fire, play a game of pool or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets.
