Cozy Nashville Attic Apartment

Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Quiet and convenient- a great place to relax after a visit to downtown Nashville, or a quick overnight stay. Only 7 minutes to the airport, 15-20 minutes to the heart of downtown, and even closer to trending restaurants, shopping, and green way trails. Whether vacation or a business trip, enjoy a peaceful place to unwind. Includes large screened porch, a shared outdoor patio with moss covered bricks/stone walkways and waterfall pond garden complete with koi and goldfish to feed. Pets welcome.

Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 square foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, large bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, and high speed wifi. Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, this apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and a stone's throw from some of the best restaurants in East Nashville! This is a private apartment above our garage within our house. You will access the apartment through a private side door and walk through the garage, then up the stairs to the private apartment. There is no shared space aside from the gym in the garage (which you are welcome to use during your stay).
