Simplifiez-vous la vie dans notre très bel appartement de 54m2, aux portes de Bâle et Saint-Louis et du Sundgau, dans un village dynamique. Un couple (et son bébé) y trouvera son bonheur pour un séjour des plus agréables. Une entrée, salle de bain avec douche et toilettes, salon/cuisine, et une chambre composent l'appartement La terrasse et son petit jardin donnent directement sur l'emplacement privatif de parking, ce qui permet un accès ultra rapide à son véhicule. Entrée autonome possible.

Villa Bellevue

Rez-de-chaussée complet d'une maison individuelle, d'une surface de 120m2!!! (La chambre No 3 se trouve au sous-sol de la maison). La rue est très calme mais également à deux pas de la frontière suisse (Basel-Bourgfelden) et donc du Tram No 3, et également de l’aéroport de Bale-Mulhouse (pas de vols entre 23:00 et 06:00). La Villa Bellevue est totalement rénovée début 2021, avec une très belle vue sur la nature depuis la terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. La machine à café est de marque Bosch Tassimo.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.
