The Salt House offers independently run self catering holiday accommodation in a generously proportioned Victorian house on Fore Street in the heart of Ilfracombe's harbour area. The Salt House has two bathrooms (one ensuite) three large double bedrooms (one super king sized and two king sized beds which can be arranged as twins) a large kitchen dining room and a spacious, comfortable lounge. The entrance hall offers storage for surfboards, bicycles and outdoor gear. We are pet friendly.

The apartment benefits from a sunny but sheltered balcony to while away the evenings, but you'll have to drag yourself away from the beach first!

Miller's Cottage is located next to our 16th century watermill and award winning tearoom (Hele Cornmill). Ideal for families : children can have a go at milling flour in the mill and have a go at counting the wooden mice and millstones. 5 min walk to Hele's dog friendly beach and a dog/family friendly pub serving good food. There are lots of walks from the cottage either on the South West Coastal Path or into the hills of Berrynarbor.

Manor Cottage is a grade two listed building built in the early 19th Century. Sitting in prime position on the coastal path on the quiet side of the harbour, the cottage overlooks the beach and lifeboat station. Boasting a large terrace, it’s a great spot to watch the world go by and, if you’re lucky, a lifeboat launch. Manor Cottage is a traditional home with modern features and a very well equipped kitchen. Garage parking included.

Rockland is the perfect getaway studio space. With views straight across the beautiful and rugged coastline of Ilfracombe, North Devon. Situated on the ground floor of a large victorian property Rockland is a self contained studio, with private access, a private decking for dining and outside space with open sea views over the picturesque harbour town of Ilfracombe, made famous by Damien Hirst's statue 'Verity'.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon
