Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Kick back and relax in this calm, country setting with beautiful vistas! This brand new one-bedroom apartment has two twin brass beds and a pull out queen sofa. It has a fire place and a full kitchen. You will enjoy seeing the open fields as you sit on the patio by the fire pit or enjoy the hot tub in the fall and winter season! If you like the beach we are 40 minutes from Pawleys and even closer to coastal Georgetown where there are fine waterfront restaurants, museums, and pastry shops.

Gated and Private Catholic Hermitage house

Saint Michael Hermitage and retreat is a serene, gated, private home that is for 1-3 guests looking for a quiet stay while traveling or as a retreat destination. You will self check into your Hermitage after you obtain a gate code. There is a prayer chapel close by on the property. It is pet friendly for a well trained pet. There is Catholic iconography throughout the home. It is warm and inviting. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer for your convenience and complementary coffee/tea.

Black River Refuge on the Water

The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Country farm cottage

Enjoy a beautiful and fun stay at the farm and get to know over 100 rescued farm animals! 60 acres and only about 5 miles from Backwoods quail club and river landing. Wake up to the roosters crowing and the birds chirping. Settle in for the night with the sound of the crickets and if nature plans for it some really beautiful sunsets. 4 beds in upstairs loft. Sofa pulls out to a bed. 1 hour to Myrtle Beach. 1.5 hour to Charleston. Occasional cricket or bug may sneak in. It’s a farm.

Lo & Billy’s Place a Historic 1940s Newlywed Cabin

This romantic cabin located on our small farm just outside of town in the country offers a history all its own. Lo was Billy’s nickname for Lorene Ella. Lo & Billy got married in the 1950s and lived here. Renovated after meeting Lo and hearing her stories. We pay homage to the rich history of Georgetown and the Southerners that have called Lo & Billy’s Place home. Heavy on coziness & design. Full kitchen; good coffee; & comfy queen bed w/high end linens. The perfect escape.

Located on an 80 acre farm on its own private spot, yet a short drive to Florence or Lake city. Enjoy amazing sunsets , an ocasional deer, and other wildlife from your front or back porch, no neighbors . Dine in one of the many restaurants in Florence, or stay in and grill out while sitting in your porch surrounded by nature , then wait for the sunset, it won’t disappoint !

Come stay in this recently renovated fourth generation 1950s farmhouse on an 80 acre working farm. Unwind on the porch, walk trails, find millions of years old sharks teeth, build a bonfire, pick blackberries, swim in the ponds, collect walnuts, or just relax while you’re here but don’t forget to wish on a dandelion or a shooting star before you leave.

The Hanna Farmhouse

This retreat spot has centuries-old live oak trees shading the back yard and walking trails around the contiguous farm. We welcome you to The Club House. It is our hope that you will come spend some time here to relax and unwind. The Club House sits on the historical Little Pee Dee River in Marion County South Carolina. You will step back in time where life was simple, and days were spent enjoying nature. It was built in the 1950's and has been through many storms but still stands strong and welcomes guest to its 1 acre river front.
