Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit our Nubian Goats Dolly, Daisy, and Dixie.

Brookside Cottage

Brookside cottage is newly renovated and surrounded by forest in the mountains of western North Carolina. A mountain stream descends in front of the cottage providing an restful water feature. Located in Transylvania county between Brevard and Cashiers, the area is named the “Land of Waterfalls”. Supplies (food, drink, etc.) are available 2 miles from cottage. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.

Stone Cottage

Perfect for couples or small families. This cozy lake cottage is just steps away from Rhododendron Lake Nature Park and a short drive to many awesome attractions: Jump off Rock, Historic downtown Hendersonville, Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest, Chimney Rock State Park, The Biltmore Estate (16 miles). Surrounded by stone patio with outdoor living room and fireplace and adjacent our main house. One reserved parking spot on Rustic lane behind the cottage.

Lake View - modern style cottage

This unique place has an all-of-its-own style. It's a short drive to downtown.. just about 5 min. The grocery store is about 3 min. away and the gas station is about a minute and a half drive. The place is great for couples of any age, any occasion, or a small family with up to 2 small children. The living room has a full-size futon and bedding is provided. Good to mention also, that there is no lake but a pond across the street. Fishing is allowed!
