Catley is a walkers paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. The self-catering accommodation consists of a (super king size) bedroom and spacious luxurious bathroom, an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with bifold doors opening onto the south facing balcony with rural views. Netflix, wifi, parking with EV charging. Sorry no pets, no smoking anywhere on the premises, no additional visitors or guests.

Stable Cottage, Mocktree Barns, nr Ludlow

Stable is a cosy dog-friendly character cottage with an open-plan living space and an upstairs king double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Stable is one of a five cottage barn conversion adjacent to the host's home set amidst the beautiful Shropshire Hills and border Marches; on the edge of the Downton Estate and Mortimer Forest; with walks/cycling from the doorstep - this cottage is an ideal base for exploring the local area, further afield, or simply relaxing in our courtyard.

The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

The Log Shed is a chic rustic barn conversion located on the Herefordshire/Shropshire border. Set in 70 acres of stunning countryside with views for miles. Kick back and relax in front of the cosy log burner, explore by foot with an abundance of walks on your doorstep or take a short drive to Ludlow and discover boutique shops, explore the historic castle and sample foodie delights at the Ludlow Farmshop. For keen walkers the famous Offa's Dyke is less than 7 miles away.

I live in a property adjacent, but at some distances to the property. Enjoy amazing stars at night and fresh eggs from our own hens for breakfast. Wake up to bird song and beautiful views.

Ideally situated for visits to historic towns of Ledbury, Ross On Wye and the Wye Valley, Leominster and Ludlow, the Malvern Hills just a stones throw away!

Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.

Sleep in the cosy 5ft brass bed, soak in the deep bath or rain shower in the bathroom. Cook up a storm in the modern fitted kitchen. Enjoy stargazing in the secluded garden with fire pit. The Coach House is a detached converted barn with a private & secure garden. The cottage has been sympathetically restored, retaining its many original features. The property provides a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. One of the twin rooms can be made up into a superking room - please request this on booking. There is a family bathroom & downstairs shower room. Open plan kitchen & lounge. Secure private garden with flag-stoned patio.

A brook runs nearby, and a lake lies within easy reach, perfect for short wild swims, by arrangement. Walking and hiking trails lead straight from the door, while cyclists will find rolling country lanes and more challenging routes into the hills.
