"Kingfisher Cottage" is the epitome of life in rural Herefordshire. A sumptuous cottage, thoughtfully designed and styled by Edward Bulmer, as an eco friendly haven, using repurposed furniture, re-loved items and other planet friendly touches. Countless breathtaking country walks and some of the best food and drink around. A peaceful slice of our wonderful county (and recent film set of Hamnet), perfect for walkers and small market town explorers, ideal as a writers retreat or small family stay.

Milson Cottage -nr Ludlow. A Home with a View

Ground floor sitting room , kitchen dining area, a log burning stove to relax by the fire,use in Winter only. Kitchen - bespoke cabinets, a granite worktop with electric Aga. An open plan style living/dining room bespoke dining table. Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

The Hoot House ( tawny owls live nearby )

Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £20 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis ct and 40 acres of grounds

The Cidermill in Beautiful Rural Herefordshire

The Cidermill is the perfect place for groups. Large communal areas downstairs & outdoors offer lots of space to relax, entertain & let the kids run wild. Based in the heart of rural Herefordshire, we can accommodate up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms. Our calendar opens 9 months in advance, but if you'd like to reserve for further into the future, please get in touch. We have another property next door which sleeps 11, if you're looking for a larger group. No parties (including Stag & Hen)

Roost Retreat, cabin on hill farm with valley view

If you want to get away from it all this Single room cabin is located in a remote mid Wales. This working, carbon negative farm has Outstanding views all round with lots of footpaths and offas dyke or just sit back and enjoy the sound of nature. With the church of St Marys and the battle site of 1402 and a the remains of a Saxon castle all at the bottom of hill at Pilleth. The market towns of Presteigne and Knighton 6 miles, Hay on wye, Ludlow and the Elan Valley 20 miles. Everyday is nice 😊

The Stables

Converted Stables located in a cobbled courtyard of a country house in the heart of Herefordshire. The Stables has its own garden surrounded by 240 acres of beautiful farmland, vineyard and woodland. Nearby attractions include- Bodenham Lakes nature reserve. The historic city of Hereford with its Cathedral containing the Mundi and Chained Library. Hay on Wye literary Festival. Hereford & Cheltenham races and Ludlow food festival. Beautiful walk including Hay Bluff and the Malvern Hills.

The Sitting Duck

Escape reality in our beautiful canal boat. The Sitting Duck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The boat is situated on a farm, surrounded by fields. Wake up to the ducks on the lake, horses in the field, even the emus come to say hello. Just 4miles out of ludlow and 3miles from Tenbury wells. The hot tub is private for boat guests only. Stylish Hideaway in the Black Mountains

Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! (plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)

Dan y Berllan Pantygelli Abergavenny

Dan y Berllan is one of two cottages on a working hill farm in the Brecon Beacons National Park, it means "under the orchard" The cottages are self catering but should you not wish to cook, to the top of our drive is The Crown Inn , a lovely village pub serving amazing food. The market town Abergavenny is all but a stone's throw away by car. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with amazing walks ,the cottage is perfected located to take a stroll or a long trek .

Sheepcote Bothy is a newly converted summer house which has been designed and built to a high standard by my family and me over the past 12 months. Situated in the beautiful Herefordshire Countryside with a view across the Black Mountains, Sheepcote Bothy is separate from the main house and consists of open plan living, private garden and patio area, ample parking along with the use of the family tennis court.
