Ground floor sitting room , kitchen dining area, a log burning stove to relax by the fire,use in Winter only. Kitchen - bespoke cabinets, a granite worktop with electric Aga. An open plan style living/dining room bespoke dining table. Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

Serafina cottage is part of a 200yr old grade two listed barn conversion in a small rural hamlet in Herefordshire. It comes with its own car port parking, garden, private decking area and hot tub. It’s perfect for couples to relax or a small family to get out and about. There is plenty of local woodland walks on the doorstep and yet only 2 miles from the local market town of Leominster with its shops and pubs. What more could you ask for? Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Field View is a great place to relax and unwind. It has great far reaching views, a hot tub to rest the legs after walking our beautiful Brecon Beacons. We are dog friendly and our fences have chicken wire so totally secure. We have a lovely grass area in the garden as well as a large decked area. The cottage is open plan, and disabled friendly. bring friends or kiddies we have a curtain that separates the bedroom and a sofa bed

Outside, our extensive grounds lead to the ancient fish pool where we see otters, heron, red kite & mirror carp in eco environment - sorry no fishing!

Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! ( plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)
