This very spacious open plan home has a HEATED SWIMMING POOL and is FULLY AIRCONDITIONED. The ever popular family friendly, patrolled, safe and popular swimming beach Alma Bay is just a few minutes walk. Geoffrey Bay, Arcadia Hotel, cafes, newsagent and specialty shops are also only a few minutes walk.

Mount Louisa Castle

This modern home offers stunning views, scenic walking trails, and remarkable acoustics. It features cathedral ceilings, a raised lounge, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas with Mt Louisa as a backdrop. The kitchen is fully equipped, and four air-conditioned bedrooms, with desks, provide comfort and privacy. The master bedroom, with a raked timber ceiling, has serene views. This large 2 storey holiday house has it all. Big enough for 2 or more families to holiday together and share the cost (sleeps max 14). Otherwise, plenty of space for smaller groups to spread out and enjoy with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & 2 kitchens. There is a good sized swimming pool or it's only a short stroll to the local beach. If you don't feel like cooking, walk down to the local bar for a steak and some beers or whatever else you fancy. Enjoy & relax on Magnetic Island.

Centrally located within walking distance to the Townsville Stadium, CBD and Strand, Lime Tree Cottage is the perfect place for a comfortable stay. Situated in a quiet location with off street parking, this cottage features two bedrooms, the main with a Queen bed and second with a double - with the option for a sofa bed available on request (Maximum of 4 adults) The cottage is fully furnished and includes internet, complimentary Netflix and Foxtel.

The house opens up to the kitchen, dining and lounge room, and then out to a huge back patio with views down to the river, park and playground. Outdoor furniture and bbque are provided. The kitchen has everything required. There is a flat screen television and DVD player in the lounge room. All of this area is air conditioned. Laundry has a top load washing machine. A great relaxing house with tranquil surroundings and abundant wildlife.
