Our house is an ideal location for quickly reaching any destination in the Salt Lake Valley and Utah county. Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere, comfy beds & furniture, and attention to the well-being of our guests

It is only 2 miles from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Only 20 minutes from the airport, big/little cottonwood canyon, Traverse Mountain Outlets and thanksgiving point.

Quail Hills Cottage is a quaint and quiet cottage tucked up in the mouth of Little Cottonwood. It's perfect for a couples getaway, ski trip, hiking, and more. Located only 8.5 miles to Alta and Snowbird resorts. It is 0.5 miles to park and shuttle, and 18 miles to Brighton Resort. Located in a central location for hiking, skiing, and biking. Has all you need for cozy winter's night or relax in the spacious shared backyard in summer. **During WINTER months it is advised to bring an AWD vehicle
