Only 4 min from the freeway and countless local attractions no matter the time of year!

Private Studio Apartment, in South Jordan

Newly remodeled, private, basement apartment with separate entrance. Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.

Our basement apartment has three bedrooms. Newly renovated and spacious. Centrally located, only 20 minutes to downtown SLC or 40 minutes to Provo. Minutes from shopping, dining & parks.
