The market town of Garstang just 8 miles away and the popular North West coast of Blackpool just 30 mins away by car and within easy reach to Southport and Lytham St Annes.

The living space is tastefully decorated with plenty of room to socialise and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is an outdoor private patio area with dining tables , outdoor sofa and a BBQ. Driveway for 2 cars
