Industrial-Style Daylight Basement Studio Apt

Our studio apt has an industrial loft feel, w/garage-door window, exposed pipes & soundproofing. Clean & bright, with dedicated entrance, open floor plan, kitchenette (microwave only) & clawfoot tub/shower. Noise from above is likely. Because of the noise transfer, we are limited to no more than 2 guests at any time. We are in a very quiet neighborhood so it is not a good fit for folks who want to come and go at all hours of the night. Please no smoking or vaping of any kind in/on premises.

The Lodge at 7 Oaks is a private studio that is a part of our detached garage. The room offers a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a fenced in yard with an outdoor seating area with firepit. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.

Buena Vista In-laws suite

Newly refreshed second-story In-Laws suite above a detached garage. The suite includes hardwood floors, full kitchen, king bed, and a separate living room area. Located on a gated 1/2 acre property on the edge of Winston's highly desirable Buena Vista neighborhood. Guests can use courtyard area for eating, working or talking.

A private, cozy mother-in-law suite with a full kitchen, bath/shower and separate entrance & parking within 1 1/2 miles from Main Street & 2 1/2 miles from High Point University. **This is connected to the back corner of our home, but has a private entrance&you do not interact with host unless needed.
