Outside, you’ll find a covered 7-person hot tub, a grilling area, a sitting area, a fire pit, a hammock, a canoe, and more. The dock has a swing, a jet ski port/dock, and mooring whips for your boat. You can enter the water by seawall steps, dock ladder, or jump right in!

The surrounding area is a beautiful landscape with a paved drive and is easily accessible with self check -in. So you can have the feeling of being away from it all but are actually in a lovely neighborhood that is close to town. There is an outdoor picnic area and plenty of woods for your privacy.

The interior features authentic antique furniture and exposed logs/beams while still providing all of the desired modern amenities. The cabin is conveniently located on Main Street in downtown Mocksville (one of the closest residential property to downtown restaurants, shopping, pubs, etc.).

The world's largest natural habitat Zoo is located approximately 10 miles from the cabin. Downtown Asheboro is a quick 15 minute drive for shopping and dining!

Parrish Place is a one room Lake cabin built in 1954. Beautiful natural pine walls milled from trees on the family land. You will have access to the lake and Dock. Great fishing. Kayaks available to guest. Private Deck for that morning coffee overlooking the lake. New gas grill on the deck for guest to use. We are Pet friendly , your fur babies will enjoy swimming in the lake and so will you.
