This cozy home with two distinct living areas overlooks a wide expanse of water on Badin Lake. Enjoy exploring the lake by kayaking (kayaks provided) or by hiking the many trails in nearby Uwharrie Forest. A public boat launch is nearby so bring your boat or other water vehicles. You will love this peaceful peninsula home on High Rock Lake. Salem Shores is the perfect spot to let your stress float away. The low-sloping lakefront lot leads straight to the water with a private dock and sandy beach. Paddle in the 4 kayaks, float/swim in the lake, lounge on the dock/shore, and enjoy the fire pit. Then go in and cuddle on the comfortable couches in front of the 70" 4K Smart TV before enjoying the comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and soothing sound machines.

Retreat to this waterfront cottage for a time of rest and recharge. Here you can simply soak up the sun, swing in the breeze, or adventure on the water.
