También contamos con un generador eléctrico. y cisterna de agua. Nuestro apt. está ubicado en el segundo piso de la propiedad .

The property is located near coastal area in a very quiet neighborhood at walking distance to the main Boulevard Avenue, where you can find fast food, restaurants, bakeries, gas stations, Pubs, supermarkets, banks, and others. Everything is close by to cover all your necessities during your travels.

My apartment is located 30-35 min from the airport and 5 min from the beach by car. Toa Baja is a coastal town that has many amenities including bars, restaurants pubs and beach. Only 25-30 min away from the tourist area and Old San Juan and from here you can enjoy a more authentic experience between locals and tourists, avoiding the tourist trap. Also, just 8 min drive to the famous Bacardi rum distillery where you can book your tour in advance and enjoy spectacular cocktails.
