Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. Welcome to the Farmstead. Our 2500 square foot ranch style house has 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, two living rooms and two kitchens. There are two decks and a patio area and a large combo gas/charcoal grill. We are located just east of Hill City with easy access to many of the Black Hills National Forest attractions such as Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, the 1880 Train, Custer State Park and the Mickelson Trail. This central location allows easy access to everything the Black Hills has to offer.

Nestled on a pine filled hillside is the Hideaway Cabin, a secluded A-frame with loft & Deck. It is perfect for 2, fine for 4 ! It is NOT IN HILL CITY, it's by ROCHFORD WE DO NOT HAVE: CELL SERVICE ( landline is available for emergencies) WE DO NOT HAVE: WIFI (very limited availability). WE DO NOT HAVE: Noisy neighbors & traffic ! This property affords quiet and privacy. About the only thing you will hear after 8:00 PM is an occasional coyote call !
