Hier ist also genau der richtige Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wanderungen, Spaziergänge durch die Wälder oder an der Mosel. Auch die älteste Stadt Deutschlands - Trier, sowie die Stadt Luxemburg oder Bernkasel - Kues, sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen um diese zu erkunden. Schönberg bietet neben einem neu gestalteten Spielplatz für Kinder auch drei Automaten mit diversen Bedarfsmitteln (direkt am Ortseingang).

Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
