Visit Chand Baori, Fatehpur Sikri with Agra Drop from Jaipur
Guest will be pick up from Jaipur at their place. We will provide free guide service in Chand Baori and Fatehpur Sikri. 1. Visit Chand Baori, a stepwell built over a thousand years ago in the Abhaneri village of Rajasthan. It is one of the largest step wells globally and one of the most beautiful ones. The Chand Baori is not an easy landmark to find. Thus it is one of the hidden secrets of India! Chand Baori is a deep four-sided well with a large temple on the back face of the building. Baori consists of 3,500 narrow steps over 13 stories. It extends approximately 30 m (100 ft) into the ground, making it one of India's deepest and largest step wells. 2. After that, See how the dynastic architecture of Fatehpur Sikri was modelled on Timurid forms and styles. The city was built massively and preferably with red sandstone. The city's architecture reflects both the Hindu and Muslim form of domestic architecture popular in India at the time. The remarkable preservation of these original spaces allows modern archaeologists to reconstruct Mughal court life scenes and better understand the hierarchy of the city's royal and noble residents. It is accessed through gates along the 8-km-long fort wall, namely, Delhi Gate, Lal Gate, Agra Gate, Birbal's Gate, Chandanpal Gate, Gwalior Gate, Mehra Gate, Chor Gate & Ajmeri Gate. Then Guests will be dropped off at Agra in their place.

Explore hidden local eateries - Eat the Nepali way
Navigating the street food culture of Kathmandu can be quite an adventure for most and all that is taken care of on this tour ! Immerse yourself in the rich culture of Kathmandu with a lovely evening where you will explore the local Nepali cuisine with me at places most loved by locals. Tingle your taste buds with Nepali flavors at hole in the wall eateries and experience the real taste that locals eat regularly. We will begin our food tour at the old market of Indrachowk, moving on to the Kathmandu Durbar Square area that is ever so rich in culture. One thing to note is that 3 items on the tour will be Indian snacks as they're widely consumed and loved by locals here. If you are someone who is very familiar with Indian snacks, I would recommend my "Tibetan and Sherpa culinary tour" which you can find on my profile. It is completely different from what you will be eating on this tour and will be a whole different cultural experience. After hosting food tours by myself for a while, I have now started working with the young people of the city! Every guide in my tour is well trained, a local of the city and of course a food enthusiast ! It will be either me or one of my team members taking you around for the tour. NOTE : With bigger groups, the tour may take about 30 minutes more to finish.
Momo Cooking Class in a Lovely Nepalese Kitchen at Lakeside
Experience the real taste of Momos and take it back home! We begin at my lovely home kitchen. After introduction into my home and my family, we start from scratch into making the Nepalese Dish. I have a small vegetable garden in the premises where we may pluck some fresh spices, herbs or veggies if available. We prepare all the necessary items by chopping the vegetables and making a garlic ginger paste. We use our lovely table for making the dough for the momos. Then, we move to making the fillings (either veg. or chicken) for the momos. Then after, with the recently prepared dough we move into making the shapes for momos. I teach you 2 styles: a round momo and a crescent ( C-shaped) momos. Finally, we steam them. While the momos are steaming, we make 'chatni' i.e. the dipping tomato sauce for momos. Finally, we all enjoy the freshly prepared momos. In between the class, I give you tips on making masalas i.e homemade spices, chapati, etc. The total duration will be about 2 hours. Come hungry go full !

Hidden among towering palaces and glittering shrines, narrow streets and tucked courtyards of ancient Patan are full of stories, folklores, and myths. Walk with us to uncover layers of history as we navigate the urban landscape to explore how the old town has evolved through the years. We will also dive into the faith practices of Newar Buddhism, Tantric Hinduisim and see how they shape everyday life in Patan today. This walking tour is for everyone who is curious to learn about Nepali society, specifically the Kathmandu valley . Our walk will contextualize traditions of past with ambitions of future as young Nepalis - including us -embrace their cultural norms while engaging modern values. Looking forward to seeing you! Best, Jason and Sandeep ------------------------ Please note that this walking tour doesn't cover Patan Durbar Square, which requires an entrance ticket.
