Großzügiger Wohn-Schlafbereich mit Schreibtisch, Relaxsessel, Smart-TV und W-LAN, die Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch ist separat abgetrennt. "Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

The modern and lovingly furnished apartment is located in an exclusive and sunny panoramic position on a mountain above Reith im Alpbachtal. The 150m² holiday apartment is ideal for families who want to holiday in the mountains and in nature together with grandparents, grandchildren or friends. Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. It offers you a cosy living area, bedroom with walk-in-closet, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer: splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

Ferienwohnung Kronbichler

Herzlich Willkommen in der Ferienwohnung Kronbichler ! Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend im Ortsteil Oberndorf in Ebbs. Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle sowie ein sehr gutes Tiroler Wirtshaus sind zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten, wunderschöne Naturseen und Radwege finden sich in nächster Umgebung. Die Skiwelt "Wilder Kaiser" ist nur 20 km entfernt. Die Wohnung erreichen sie über einen eigenen, seperaten Eingang.

Apartement am Bauernhof

Der Bauernhof liegt in ruhiger Alleinlage. Auf dem Hof gibt es nur zwei Ferienwohnungen und auch ein paar Islandpferde und Schafe haben hier ihr Zuhause. Hier kann man entspannt seinen Urlaub genießen, egal ob im Winter mit den unzähligen Wintersportmöglichkeiten oder im Sommer mit etlichen Wandermöglichkeiten und Badeseen. Die SkiWelt ist in 2 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, oder man geht 400 Meter zu Fuß startet seinen Skitag direkt auf der Abfahrt.

Ruhige sonnige Lage, ideale Anbindung zur Autobahn A93 (D) und A12 (A). Auch entfernter liegende Ausflugsziele sind so schnellstmöglich zu erreichen. - Fahrt zum Chiemsee ca. 35 min - Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental (Österreichs größtes zusammenhängendes Skigebiet) in ca. 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Cafe´s und Restaurants im Umkreis von 1km. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Kieferer Badesees, sowie des Inntal Radweges.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.
