The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

The cabin, originally built as a mountain family getaway, has recently been renovated as an Airbnb for those seeking outdoor activities and tranquility. The rustic cabin is also accompanied by a picnic shelter with a working rock fireplace, loft, and an additional outdoor bathroom (in season). Approximately 2 acres of field and partially wooded property are available to guests. No pets.

It is 10 miles west of Harrisonburg in the historic Shenandoah Valley; right along the beautiful Dry River; easy to access to the Riven Rock Park; a short drive up the mountain to Switzer Lake and the High Knob trailhead, where you get a bird's-eye view at High Knob Fire Tower, an observation deck located on the Virginia-West Virginia state line. It's also an easy drive to JMU and Down-town Harrisonburg. Come and explore Shenandoah Valley!

A brand new cozy cabin located in the middle of the Shenandoah Valley just outside of Harrisonburg VA. We are located next to several National Parks with great hiking opportunities. The cabin in located at the bottom of the mountain along the trout stocked Dry River. This cabin is equipped with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. You will be able to leave all your worries behind, have a beautiful bonfire while listening to the river run down the beautiful mountain side.

Tiny Tree House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This brand new, 550 square foot tiny house in the trees has everything you need, and is designed with a local feel. Minutes from George Washington National Forest and dry river. The cabin is only 20 minutes from downtown Harrisonburg. Note that this cabin has one bedroom downstairs, and one bed upstairs in the loft area accessible by ship ladder style steps. The loft is a sleeping area but does not have it’s own door.

The Roost in Lower Rawley

Newly rebuilt, quaint cabin in the heart of Lower Rawley Springs, ten miles west of Harrisonburg, in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. This lovely cabin is a short walk to the hiking trails of The George Washington National Forest, within walking distance of Dry River and Gum Run Stream, and a quick drive to the college town of Harrisonburg. Enjoy hiking, grilling, cooking in our fully equipped kitchen, or relaxing by the campfire or on the front porch. Join us!

Pondside Paradise

Welcome to our family’s little getaway. Our 12x20 cabin sits beside a 2.5 acre pond. Savor the evening beside a campfire listening to the nightfall on our Valley or from the porch swing. The cabin is 2 story with a small but full kitchen (complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker) and the sleeping area upstairs. Please note that if you have mobility issues our place might not be right for you. Relax and enjoy being unplugged (no TV or Wi-Fi)
