Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

The generous holiday flat offers place for 8 persons. The charming apartment has a large living-sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 persons each. There is also 1 separate double bed room and a small cooking area with 2 stoves and a fridge.
