2 Bedroom self-contained converted artist studio set in flat park-like grounds with olive grove, waterfront & stream (tidal) & boat ramp. Ideal for peaceful relaxation, fishing from nearby rocks, your boat or our kayaks, and as a base for sightseeing in the Bay of Islands, Russell, Paihia, Kerikeri and the Far North. Nearby swim at Jills Bay (walking distance), swim or surf at east coast Elliot Bay. 17km to Russell and the famous Duke of Marlborough Hotel.

Ferry Landing

Watch the harbour activities and ever changing vista from the deck of our clean and comfortable home. We are situated just above the car ferry on the Russell side of the Opua harbour. The ferry cost is $17 per car & runs a continual service. Or you can walk on for just $2 per person. Please note that although you have sole occupancy of the house, the property has another cottage & resident in it. The driveway is also shared.
