Church View Annex is a spacious but cosy property with a fantastic open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge and hot tub – great for families and groups. There is ample off-street parking for 6/7 cars. Two well-behaved dogs are permitted. The annex is situated between the Emmanuel Church and The Old Vicarage in the pleasant village of Shelley, West Yorkshire. It is a perfect base for those wanting to explore the area or for those attending weddings at nearby venues.

Lake House is a beautiful detached barn situated in a Hamlet of 4 other houses perfect for a family retreat. Fantastic large garden for the children and close to the nearby saddleworth villages. There are stunning walks right on the doorstep that also lead to 2 fabulous country pubs.
