Quiet comfortable condo in a great neighbors. 2 bedrooms upstairs. Wifi, a smart TV, washer and dryer, fully furnished kitchen with coffee makers. Relax and sit on the back patio with a lake view. Centrally located close to a grocery, park, dog park, bike and hiking trails, 2 golf courses & restuarants. It is a short and easy 3 mile drive to the University campus and downtown.
