Ook kan er gebruik worden gemaakt van een BBQ. En Tegen vergoeding zijn er ook E-bikes/motorboot ter beschikking, met mooie fiets routes. Met leuke attractieparken in de buurt

Tiny house Bij de borg

Boven in Nederland, vlak bij de Waddenkust vindt u dit duurzame en energieneutrale tiny house. Het huisje is met liefde en tot in detail ingericht. Alles wat u nodig heeft is aanwezig. Het is volledig van hout en heeft een oppervlakte van 30m². Het tiny house staat achter op ons terrein en is omringd door een natuurlijke tuin. Hierdoor heeft het een weids uitzicht met veel privacy. De rust en de ruimte in dit schattige huisje voelt als een ware belevenis, een plekje om even bij weg te dromen!

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie bij het spiksplinternieuwe zomherhuisje. Het huisje is in 2023 opgeleverd en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Heerlijke slaapkamers, een moderne keuken, een fijne woonkamer en prachtige natuur. Er is WIFI, TV, vloerverwarming, moderne keuken en er zijn maar liefst 3 slaapkamers. Het is 1 van de mooiste plekjes aan het meer met de bijzonder mooie avondzon over het schitterende Paterswoldsemeer. Het is een zeldzaam en rustig plekje.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Ruhe & Erholung Historischer Gulfhof nah am Deich

Unser wunderschönes, aufwändig saniertes Gulfhaus lädt alle ein, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Das Dorf (Loquard) in dem wir wohnen, liegt zwischen Emden und Greetsiel und ermöglicht Ausflüge zu den ostfriesischen Inseln oder an die nur 1,7km entfernte Küste. Ebenso können ausgiebige Radtouren entlang der Nordseeküste unternommen oder einfach mit einem Buch unter unserem schönen Apfelbaum entspannt werden. Das Haus ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt und nicht für Haustiere geeignet!

Denkmalgeschützte Bäckerei im Ortskern von Rysum: Wohnen in außergewöhnlichem Ambiente. Großzügige Wohn-Ess-Küche, drei Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Eckwanne, ein Duschbad. Lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer mit TV im Giebel. WLAN, aber wackelig! Zwei kleine Terrassen. Fahrradschuppen. Der Weg zum kleinen "geheimen" Strand mit dem Auto: Von Rysum nach Emden fahren, rechts Richtung KNOCK abbiegen, bis zum Ende der Straße (STRANDLUST), Auto abstellen und am Wasser nach Norden laufen...

Modern cabin

A cabin from 2021 with all facilities you need. Easily accessible by car and located between Groningen and Delfzijl. The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.

Apartment ARDA

The "Arda" apartment in the far north of The Netherlands, surrounded by the North Sea and the Groningen plains, offers a wonderful base for exploring the mystical landscape. Treat yourself to a nice walk in the morning up to the dike, which offers protection against the relentless North Sea. Heerlijk rustig en ruim op het platteland!

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie. We doen ons best om uw verblijf “Bij Leentjer” zo uniek en bijzonder mogelijk te maken. Ideaal als u met 4 personen bent. Maar met z’n tweetjes is het natuurlijk ook heerlijk. U kunt u een lekker ontbijt erbij bestellen gemaakt van Groningse streekproducten voor €12,50 per persoon per ochtend.

De Kapschuur

Overnachten in een sfeervolle kapschuur, midden in de rust en met een weids uitzicht over het land. Hier word je wakker met het zachte geluid van de natuur en begin je de dag in alle ontspanning, terwijl de paarden rustig over het erf bewegen. De combinatie van het karakter van de kapschuur en het comfort van nu zorgt voor een unieke en warme sfeer.
