De studio is een onderdeel van een meergeneratiewoning die gerealiseerd is in een voormalig zorginstelling. Je hebt lekker je eigen plekje waar je kunt vertoeven met leuke koffietentjes en restaurantjes op fietsafstand. Perfecte plek als je wil genieten van de rust & de natuur, wil wandelen/ fietsen of om vanuit te werken. Je bent welkom om lekker te genieten.

Het centraal station is op loopafstand en binnen één minuut sta je tussen de gezellige restaurants, koffietentjes en barretjes. Ook het Groninger Museum en de bioscoop zijn vlakbij. A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Op een unieke locatie nabij het centrum van Emmen bevindt zich appartement “De Uil". Het luxe appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, het is ruim en licht. Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
