Located just 4 miles south of Hopkins Village (1.5 hours from Belize City), this home is perfect for large families or groups (10-12 persons). The beach house has 4 bedrooms (7 beds) and 4 baths, an infinity pool and hot tub. Spend your evenings and mornings on the pool deck or on our rooftop terrace. The terrace has a private tanning deck and pergola with a barbecue grill and small kitchen area.

Take a few steps to the pool & beach to swim & kayak - or go out your backdoor & take our free canoe with electric motor & tour the beautiful Sittee River - or have a massage at the end of the dock. Where else can you do all these things? Kayaks & Bicycles are provided. Small things can make your vacation special. My fiancée & I try to provide extras that you don't get anywhere else.

We are Gold Standard certified. We are two Canadians that sold everything we owned, packed it into a Jeep, and decided to embark on the journey of a lifetime. We built two eco-conscious cabins located in the heart of beautiful Placencia, just minutes walking distance from the beach, pier, restaurants, and local amenities and events. We don't offer A/C, but we do offer a pool and each cabin is equipped with a ceiling fan and a large positionable fan for your comfort.

Luxury 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom Beachfront Penthouse

This 2,600 sq. ft villa is located on the upper floor, it has an amazing veranda that overlooks our beach and the Caribbean Sea. The villa comes with a full kitchen, central AC, TV, internet, washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and a half bathroom in the living room. Stairs Access is required for this villa.
