Right next to Frederiksberg Have, Zoo, Søndermarken, Frederiksberg Centret, Gammel Kongevej, Vesterbro. The location is perfect, near by parks, shopping, playgrounds, restaurants and cafees. In a calm, safe and child-friendly area. We are happy to negotiate price for long term rental. Large (270 m2), beautiful apartment in walking distance from central Copenhagen and close to public transportation. We have a private balcony with sun all day, and a shared roof top terrace where you can enjoy the fantastic view of Copenhagen and use the BBQ. The neighbourhood has lots of restaurants, bars and parks, and the little mermaid and 'Kastellet' is only 10 min away on foot. Enjoy!

The house was designed by Danish architects Friis & Moltke and build in 1970. The house is ideal for a family of two adults and two children with two in the master bedroom and two in the bunkbed room. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwashing machine.
