Velkommen hjem! Lejligheden ligger i "Isbjerget", her bor du tæt på centrum (5 min i bil/1,5 km) af den jyske hovedstad Aarhus – populært betegnet som verdens mindste storby. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

Tiny House Lindebo near by the Beach

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Moderne strandhus bygget i 2021 kun 25 meter fra vandkanten med herlig panoramaudsigt over Kattegat. Komplet køkken og moderne inventar. Gratis parkering foran huset. Hasmark har børnevenlig strand og ligger 10 min. fra naturskønne Enebærodde. I nærheden findes mange aktiviteter: Legeplads, badeland, minigolf. Dyr og rygning ej tilladt. Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old seaside cottage in the first row. The garden leads straight down to the beach. The original house is old but well kept. The newly built sunroom, with a direct view of the sea, makes the house enjoyable all year round. The rooms are small and what we call an annex can only be seen as an extra bedroom located 8 meters from the house and cannot be locked from inside. The house is ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds. The price includes use of electricity, water, and heating.

Bondegård ved stranden

Fogensegaarden nær Bogense har en usædvanlig beliggenhed for en gammel bondegaard. Få meter fra stranden på øen Fogense, der blev inddæmmet og vejen ind til Bogense tørlagt og beskyttet af et dige for snart 150 år siden. En driftig bonde Christian Jensen, fik for 130 år siden opført gården i sin nuværende skikkelse med et stort stuehus og en ydmyg aftægtsbolig i sydenden. Det er hovedhuset, der efter flere moderniseringer nu udlejes i den kommende sæson til feriegæster.
