Huset har sovepladser til 6 personer men det er muligt at lave plads til et par stykker mere i det ekstra værelse som indeholder hjemmebiograf/spillekonsoller. Der er fuldtgungrrene køkken med at man skal bruge til madlavning. Legeplads er der lidt af i haven. Det ud over ligger der en større tæt på huset

Ligger centralt i Horsens - med kun 6 min. i bil/12 min. på cykel til centrum, til Husodde badestrand og 5 min. på cykel til strandpromenaden. Cykler er tilgængelige.
