Drive 45 min to the Black Canyon's North Rim, or 45 min the other direction to the Grand Mesa. World class fishing is right down the road! There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Stylish charm with two sleeping options. Queen bed on main level of tiny cottage or a lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees due to low headroom situation. Lovely park like setting with outside BBQ Grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door so not a ton of privacy.
