Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.

The Lodge is a unique timber lodge, with many of yorkshires finest attractions at your fingertips it sits close to the market town of Howden. York is only 30 minutes away by car with its vast array of shops bars and restaurants. Fishing is payable daily depending on lake availability please ask in advance should you wish to fish. Stay here to unwind and relax and take that much needed break. Fabulous views over the lake. The Lodge sits nestled in 8 acres overlooking 1 of 3 lakes

The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.
