Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

After our storming success for 6 years with our cosy Hayloft Apartment, we have totally refitted the bathroom, installed a brand new kitchen and added a single bedroom / study. Fresh paint, blinds and carpets throughout! Guests have dedicated parking [Now with EV Charging] a private patio for sunny breakfasts, lunches or sundowners. This is a self-contained place next to the main house. The location is at end of a farm track in quiet secluded hamlet - Burton Bandalls (on the B676, Loughborough Rd between Prestwold & Cotes). 5 min drive / 20 min walk to Prestwold Hall. 5 min drive to Loughborough Railway station. 10 min drive to Loughborough University. 10 min drive to Great Central Steam Railway. 25 mins to East Midlands airport, 30 mins to Leicester, 30 mins to Nottingham, 45 mins to NEC and 60 mins to Birmingham.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Bluetits barn is situated on Church Lane in the centre of this exclusive village offering access to the many footpaths and bridleways in the vicinity. The highly regarded Ashby Arms pub/restaurant is within easy walking distance. Leicester city centre 7 miles; Melton Mowbray 10 miles, Market Harborough 15 miles.

The Annex

A Two bedroom self contained annex with lounge, private kitchen diner and bathroom. In the small town of Burton Overy with spectacular views and a local pub that serves great food. Animal friendly and right next to a public footpath ideal for walks with or without canine friends! Positioned at the end of a lane makes this property a lovely quiet retreat for a small family or couple. Electric car charging available on the property.

Beautiful Conversion in Rutland Countryside

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
